Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to create analyses and mechanisms that provide actionable insights regarding customer behavior and sales performance. As part of a small team of Business Analysts, their data reports, analyses, and insights will help Global Mile sales leaders across the US and EMEA understand and bridge performance, as well as influence business decisions, including new product's go-to-market, customer prioritization, etc.

About Global Mile:

Amazon is committed to supporting businesses in becoming successful Selling Partners. Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) provides sellers with fulfillment services to store products in Amazon's fulfillment centers. Amazon will pick, pack, ship, and provide customer service to enable FBA sellers to scale their business and reach more customers.

With Amazon’s advanced fulfillment networks, this enables "You sell it, we ship it." Often, Selling Partners may procure inventory from overseas origins, such as China, South-East Asia, requiring them to independently navigate the complexity of international freight forwarding, shipping, and customs clearance. The Global Mile team solves this Selling Partner pain-point by offering Amazon Global Logistics solutions, with a full suite of international shipping, customs clearance, and storage solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on presenting data in an informative and actionable way.
  • Your detailed analysis will inform decisions on investments, opportunities, and performance.
  • Collaborate with our centralized Business Intelligence and Data Engineering team to leverage existing data and build access to new data needed to inform business decisions.
  • Build analytical models, size opportunities, implement techniques to process large data sets, apply statistical testing methods, address quantitative problems, build dashboards that enable leaders to better understand their business data, assess functional business performance, and develop targeted, scalable action plans.
  • As the data expert within the business team, you will be responsible for supporting team peers who lead functional strategies.
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing tangible insights, business metrics, measurement systems that guide operations, projects, and programs roadmaps.
  • You will have an opportunity to publish findings, updates, and data-driven recommendations to sales managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
