Business Analyst
Experience: 2-5 years experience
Location: Newcastle (Must be local, or willing to relocate to Newcastle)
Working pattern: Hybrid- 3 days a week in the Newcastle office
Salary: between £35k-45k dependent on experience level.
We're looking for Business Analysts who enjoy turning business needs into clear, actionable requirements and working closely with delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements
- Producing user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria
- Supporting Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges
- Assisting with solution validation, testing and implementation activities
- Using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio and Miro

What we're looking for
- Experience in business analysis within technology or change environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of Agile delivery
- Experience producing high-quality analysis artefacts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Essential Requirements
- Proven Business Analysis experience within technology or business change environments
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and Miro
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to obtain SC clearance
