Role Overview and Responsibilities
TT Electronics is hiring for an HR Business Analyst (HRBA) to act as the primary IT business partner for the Human Resources function, ensuring HR technology, data, processes & continuous improvement initiatives are aligned to business priorities, IT standards, security requirements & enterprise application strategy.
This is a brand new role that sits within IT, but is functionally aligned to HR. As our HRBA, you'll work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, support with HR systems, and translate requirements into secure, scalable & supportable technology solutions.
The primary focus is HR systems & processes, however; you'll also provide secondary support to Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) technology & process improvement activities. This may include incident reporting, risk assessments, audits, corrective actions, training records & compliance reporting.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting HR systems.
- A strong understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience of project delivery.
- Experience participating in HRIS implementations, upgrades or major transformation programmes.
- Experience working in complex environments.
- Experience with common HR systems or platforms.

The following would enhance your application but are not essential to apply:
- An understanding of continuous improvement techniques.
- Data analytical skills and reporting in dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce HRIS or similar.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management.
This is a remote based role, with a regular presence at your local TT Electronics site.
