Digital Business Analyst – FTC, c£60k, Hybrid, Staffordshire/Birmingham area
Are you a dynamic and experienced Digital Business Analyst looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients and we want to hear from you!
As a Digital Business Analyst you will play a critical part in delivering the digital roadmap through the thorough analysis and understanding of business ambitions. This includes working with the business in defining requirements and helping identify, design and implement new processes and solutions to meet the business objectives.
The role is working on hybrid basis with 2-3 days in office per week, with the site being in Staffordshire.

What we are looking for:

- Extensive Business Analyst experience, in a digital transformation environment
- Has worked on different digital solutions, such as web, bookings, applications, loyalty, media, or customer engagement
- Background of working in different methodologies, such as agile, waterfall, scrum, etc…
- Strong stakeholder management skills, being able to bridge the gap between tech and business is key
- Be pro-active, and a self-starter
What you will be doing:
- Execute business analysis to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives across core digital platforms.
- Understand business objectives and validate stakeholder requirements using appropriate analysis techniques.
- Analyse business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement within digital platforms.
- Document functional, non-functional, data, reporting, and transition requirements, as well as current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes.
- Collaborate with product and project teams to design business processes and plan change initiatives.
- Work with multiple third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful project delivery.
