Job Description
Senior Business Analyst - SAP S/4HANA / Utilities
Currently I am on the look out for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a SAP S/4HANA implementation within the Utilities sector. You will lead end-to-end business analysis, mapping utilities operations into standard SAP functional specifications and supporting project delivery across the full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Process Design: Lead As-Is / To-Be process mapping (BPMN) and fit-gap analysis against S/4HANA best practices.
- Requirements and Specs: Elicit requirements and write detailed functional specs (RICEFW) and user stories.
- Utilities Integration: Support domain workflows across Asset Management, Work Management, Order-to-Cash, or Meter-to-Cash.
- Delivery Support: Drive data mapping, SIT/UAT testing, and cutover readiness in an Agile/Waterfall setup.

Essential For This Role
- Proven BA experience on SAP S/4HANA / SAP implementations.
- Direct domain expertise in the Utilities sector (energy, water, gas).
