As a Business Analyst based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, gather requirements and support business improvement initiatives.
  • Investigating headline problem statements by analysing data from multiple systems and identifying trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engaging with operational teams to validate findings, gather additional insights and develop a deeper understanding of business issues beyond the data.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to Programme Managers, proposing practical, data-driven solutions and delivering value across all areas of the business.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Demonstrable experience analysing and interpreting data, with advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V look-ups to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Experience investigating complex or ambiguous business problems, working independently and collaboratively to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Experience supporting or delivering business improvement, change management or programme initiatives, with the ability to demonstrate tangible outcomes and benefits.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting findings, influencing decisions and constructively challenging assumptions at all levels.
