🚨 HIRING | Senior Business Analyst – Data & Analytics 🚨 📍 Stevenage, UK 🏢 Permanent | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Mandatory) 💼 Experience: 7+ Years
ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced senior business analyst to support enterprise-level data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex data requirements into actionable solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse inventory, operational and asset-management data sources
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and process assessments
- Develop data mappings, dictionaries, business rules and process flows
- Document current/future-state processes, data flows and lineage
- Translate business requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
- Perform data profiling, quality assessments, gap & root-cause analysis
- Define KPIs, compliance metrics and reporting requirements
- Support data governance and quality frameworks
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Governance & Analytics teams
- Support UAT, stakeholder validation, and sign-off
