Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare - Diagnostic Imaging/ Radiology services.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex change projects, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver operational improvements, optimise processes and drive measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with stakeholder management expertise, helping bridge the gap between business needs and solution delivery across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.

Experience delivering improvement projects within diagnostic imaging/radiology services would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Elicit, define and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges, analyse root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Evaluate proposed solutions, identifying risks, dependencies and business impacts.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and ensure benefits realisation throughout delivery.
  • Produce high-quality analysis documentation and ensure adherence to best practice standards.
  • Support change management, stakeholder engagement and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of Business Analysis frameworks, tools and methodologies.

  • Proven Senior Business Analysis experience within complex transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience delivering both technology-led and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and business process redesign experience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience applying Lean, Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Skilled in business analysis tools such as Visio and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear business language.
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
  • Experience within healthcare, diagnostic imaging or radiology environments would be advantageous.
