Business Analyst - Insurance, DLM, Customer Journeys
£Market Rate (Inside IR35)
Brighton / Manchester (1-2 days per week onsite)
6 months
My client is a high-profile Insurance firm looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong General Insurance / PAS experience and knowledge of Document Lifecycle Management (DLM)/Document Management Systems, Business Rules, Business Processes, and Customer Journeys.
Key Requirements:
- Strong BA experience within General Insurance.
- Policy Admin System or Claims System experience.
- Experience with Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) or content management/document management systems.
- Knowledge of business rules, processes, and workflow logic.
- Experience across customer documentation lifecycles, including quote, renewal, and other customer touchpoints.
- Experience refining requirements and automated workflows.
- Strong Agile, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management experience.

Nice to Have:
- Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar.
- Experience with ECM systems.
- Understanding of metadata strategy and governance.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / Peoplesoft.
- Immediate availability.
