Help Shape the Future of Insurance Products
Luxoft, a DXC Technology company, is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join a major product transformation programme within the insurance sector. This role sits within a large-scale, NDA-protected programme and offers the opportunity to work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive the successful delivery of strategic product initiatives. We're looking for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving challenging business problems, and can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology.
The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in defining product requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Working within a collaborative product-focused team, you'll help drive the delivery of innovative solutions while navigating ambiguity, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment across multiple delivery teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements align with product strategy and roadmap objectives
- Support end-to-end delivery across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
- Translate complex business challenges into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and clarify business and functional impacts
- Identify programme risks, dependencies, assumptions, and potential delivery challenges
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to achieve consensus and drive decision-making
- Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices across the programme

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex delivery or transformation programmes
- Experience within Life Insurance and/or Protection Insurance environments
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity and solve complex business problems
- Experience operating across large-scale programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Experience translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation skills
