Join ICE-Tech

At ICE-Tech, we deliver innovative software solutions that help insurers transform, modernise, and grow. As part of the Acturis Group, we combine deep industry expertise with market-leading technology to deliver complex software implementation and transformation programmes across the global insurance sector.

With teams across multiple international locations, we are a collaborative organisation that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Our people work together to solve complex challenges for enterprise customers and play a key role in shaping the future of insurance technology.

We're now looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our UK delivery team.

About The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of complex client delivery projects, helping insurance organisations transform business requirements into scalable software solutions. Working closely with customers and internal delivery teams, you will lead requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, and implementation activities while building strong, long-term client relationships. This is a highly visible role where you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, drive successful delivery outcomes, and support the development of junior colleagues as a technical leader within the team.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the role, you will:

  • Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into practical software solutions
  • Configure insurance software products, reports, and fulfilment templates using SQL, JavaScript, and other technical tools
  • Take ownership of complex client projects and major deliverables from analysis through to implementation
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation owner
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to junior consultants across the team
  • Drive optimisation and continuous improvement opportunities for clients and internal processes
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Support client training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of software solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
