Business Analyst Management Intern - Autumn 2026
Our Product Management Team is seeking a Business Analyst Management Intern for Autumn 2026. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the product development lifecycle while contributing directly to the following active initiatives:
What You'll Be Doing
- Product Operations: Learn the product development and software development lifecycles, help the team ensure stakeholder engagement at each stage, and identify potential process gaps.
- NPS: Design the workflow and categorisation logic for routing supplier feedback to the right owners.
- Voice of Customer: Build the repository and tagging system for customer touchpoints, and synthesise themes into a reportable format.
- Knowledge & Documentation: Assess and improve product documentation and training materials.
- Use AI Tools: Use AI tools to structure and analyse data supporting PM initiatives — trackers, dashboards, research synthesis.

What You Will Gain
- Gain hands-on experience in product management and business analysis within a global B2B fintech
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to see how the company operates end-to-end
- Contribute to real projects with genuine business impact — from shaping how customer and supplier feedback informs the roadmap, to improving documentation used across the company
- Build your communication skills by helping inform decisions made by product and business leaders
- Develop your skills on industry-standard tools, including Jira, Confluence, and AI-powered tools for research, analysis, and documentation
- Work alongside and be mentored by an experienced product team who value your curiosity
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Finance, or a related field
- Must be able to work 20–25 hours/week
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, beginning Autumn 2026
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
