Company Overview
Aerosyn AI is a climate-tech startup developing AI-powered solutions for the renewable energy industry, with an initial focus on wind energy operations and maintenance.
What you’ll work on:
- Gather and document business and customer requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and product requirements
- Support discovery sessions and customer meetings
- Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
- Work with product, design, engineering, and wind-energy specialists
- Support pilot planning, deliverables, milestones, and documentation
- Analyse customer feedback and help prioritise product improvements
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and business cases

What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into clear requirements
- Familiarity with user stories, process mapping, or requirements documentation
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools
- Interest in AI, SaaS, renewable energy, or technology products
- Business, technology, engineering, data, or related academic background is welcome

Previous wind-energy experience is not required. We’re more interested in someone who is curious, structured, and comfortable learning a technical domain.
You’ll get hands-on experience working on a real early-stage AI product and contribute to customer discovery, product development, and renewable-energy projects.
