The Role
Asite is looking for two Business Analyst Interns to support our Product team on a live nuclear-sector project.
The interns will help review, document and analyse GBE-N requirements, working with Product colleagues to translate stakeholder needs into clear business and product outputs.
What you'll do
- Support the gathering and documentation of business and user requirements.
- Attend selected requirements meetings, workshops and internal discussions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create process maps for current and proposed workflows.
- Review requirements against existing Asite functionality.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks and areas requiring clarification.
- Maintain a structured requirements tracker.
- Support product demonstrations, walkthroughs and internal presentations.
- Assist with testing and validating proposed solutions.
- Produce a final summary of findings and recommendations.

Qualifications
- Currently studying, or recently graduated from, a STEM, technology, engineering or related discipline.
- Interest in nuclear projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Able to organise complex information clearly.
- Interest in business analysis, digital products, infrastructure or the nuclear sector.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and asking questions.
- Previous Business Analysis or nuclear-sector experience is not required.
