A global asset management firm seeks a Business Analyst to support a multi-year AML programme on an initial 6 month contract
Hybrid role working 3 days a week in the office
Central London offices
6 months contract with view to extend
A global investment management firm seeks a Business Analyst to join on an initial 6 month contract to support the delivery of a multi-year EU AML Programme.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects.
- Analyse and implement new EU AML regulations, ensuring compliance across business processes.
- Gather, document, and translate high-level requirements into actionable solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and define future state models.
- Liaise with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support subject matter experts in detailed analysis for informed decision-making.

Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within asset management
- Expertise in requirement gathering, validation, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to distil complex information into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with client onboarding processes (CDD, EDD, KYC) and regulatory frameworks like AML.
- Experience with Salesforce client data management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technical teams effectively.
