Business Analyst V – Sales Strategy & Operations Lead, EMEA

Location: London, UK | Hybrid – 3 days/week

Contract: 12 months | Extension possible

We are hiring for a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead to support the EMEA business of a leading global technology company. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, data analytics, sales operations and Go-To-Market strategy, helping business leaders make informed decisions through data-driven insights.

What you'll do

  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Support EMEA Go-To-Market strategy and bring regional market context into global decision-making.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets using SQL.
  • Develop insights and narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Influence business direction and resource allocation through data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve analytical workflows.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate across regional and global teams in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Analytics or similar.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis experience.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across different levels.
  • Strong commercial/operational business understanding.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflows.
