Senior Business Analyst (Allvue) – Private Credit – £800 - £1000 per day – 4 Months
A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme across its Private Credit / Alternative Credit Asset Management business.
This is an initial 4-month contract paying £850 - £1000 per day, with an immediate start preferred.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver detailed business analysis across system, data and process change initiatives within Private Credit / Alternative Credit Asset Management
- Support programmes covering Infrastructure Debt, Direct Lending, NAV Financing, Revolving Credit Facility funds and other private debt products
- Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Reporting, Technology and Data teams
- Initially focus on Front Office requirements, helping improve data flows and processes across FO, MO and BO
- Define and document high-quality business requirements, including comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Analyse current processes and propose target-state solutions and operating models
- Document future-state business processes, service models and operating models
- Work closely with the Project Manager on Allvue implementation activities
- Define solutions alongside internal SMEs, technology teams and external solution vendors
- Assess the impact of proposed changes across functionality, processes, data and operating procedures
- Ensure future-state processes are effectively transitioned into clear operational procedures
- Manage your own workload and deliverables against agreed project plans

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience within Alternative Credit / Private Credit Asset Management
- Hands-on experience implementing or working extensively with Allvue
- Strong understanding of Private Credit products such as Infrastructure Debt, Direct Lending and other alternative debt strategies
- Proven Business Analysis experience across operational, technology and business change programmes
- Strong process and data modelling experience
- Experience supporting large-scale systems implementations within Asset Management
- Demonstrable experience producing high-quality BRDs and detailed business requirements
- Strong experience defining target operating models and future-state processes
- Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology and Data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
