Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Legal Practice Management transformation programme through Discovery and Beta phases. The role will focus on understanding legal business processes, defining requirements, improving workflows, and supporting the implementation of a modern legal practice management solution.

The successful candidate will work closely with legal SMEs, product owners, user researchers, and delivery teams to translate user needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with legal stakeholders to understand current processes, workflows, data requirements, and pain points.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements.
  • Produce current-state and future-state process maps.
  • Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with Product Owners and delivery teams.
  • Ensure traceability between user needs, requirements, design decisions, and delivered solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams to support iterative design, testing, and deployment.
  • Identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification, and service improvement.
  • Support business readiness and adoption of new processes and technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
