🚨 HIRING | Business Analyst – Process Analysis & Improvement 🚨 📍 London, UK – Onsite 💼 Contract: 6 Months + Potential Extension 🚀 Start: Immediate
🔎 ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst with strong experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Mapping and Process Improvement to support a BAU environment.
🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and document existing business processes
- Create detailed As-Is process maps and process flows
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, duplication and inefficiencies
- Develop To-Be processes and improvement proposals
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and process walkthroughs
- Translate findings into clear, practical recommendations
- Maintain accurate process documentation
- Support implementation of agreed process improvements
