Business Analyst (Legacy)

Location: Wokingham (Hybrid – 2-3 days a week onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

For a Business Analyst working on Legacy Applications, you can use the following JD bullet points:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for enhancements, maintenance, and modernisation of legacy applications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to understand existing system functionality and business processes.
  • Perform impact assessments and gap analysis for proposed changes to legacy systems.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
  • Analyse legacy system data, workflows, and integrations to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and change management discussions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process maps, system specifications, and knowledge repositories.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and development/support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and alignment of deliverables with business objectives.
