Excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a project tasked with driving transformation of a local authority digital service.

  • Experience of mapping processes end-to-end (BPMN, swimlanes)
  • Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements for system integrations
  • Building benefit cases
  • Experience in local government or other public bodies
  • Experience in Power BI
