Be a key player in our Digital Transformation team
As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help identify, shape and prioritise opportunities that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and business value across the organisation. Working alongside senior operational leaders to understand how the business currently operates, identify opportunities for improvement, build evidence-based business cases and support decision-making that drives measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Discovery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, customer outcomes and business performance
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Diagnose operational challenges and identify root causes
- Maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities
Business Analysis
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Produce process maps and workflow analysis
- Assess impacts, dependencies and risks
- Support evidence-based decision-making
Process Improvement
- Analyse end-to-end business processes
- Identify inefficiencies, rework and manual effort
- Recommend practical improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Strategic Enablement

- Contribute to roadmap development activities
- Assist capability maturity and improvement programmes
- Support continuous improvement across the organisation
Data, AI & Modern Technology Focus
- You will be comfortable exploring how:
- Data can support better decisions
- Reporting and insight can improve performance
- Automation can reduce manual effort
- AI can enhance productivity and effectiveness
You are not expected to design solutions, build integrations or develop systems yourself. Instead, you will help identify where technology can create value and work with specialist internal and external delivery teams to turn opportunities into outcomes.
Hybrid working – 2-3 days a week in the Reigate office
Salary £60-£70k DOE
