Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and social media channels for sourcing candidates will be considered an advantage. A proactive mindset, resilience, and a customer-centric approach are key qualities we seek in our candidates.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings across multiple industries.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Regularly updating and maintaining candidate and client databases.
- Preparing reports on recruitment activities.
- Participating in business development initiatives.
- Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
