VP Cyber Business Analyst Team Lead | Global Financial Services | London
I'm currently partnering with a leading global financial services organisation that is investing heavily in cyber security, identity and access management, and enterprise technology transformation.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead to lead a high-performing BA function supporting strategic Cyber Risk initiatives across Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and broader cyber security programmes. The role combines hands-on business analysis with leadership, stakeholder management and driving best practice across a growing technology change portfolio.

The Opportunity:

- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts delivering complex cyber security programmes
- Work closely with senior technology leaders and business stakeholders across a global organisation
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, delivery and governance for large-scale change initiatives
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of AI across the BA function
- Shape best practice and contribute to the Business Analysis Centre of Excellence
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading Business Analysts within enterprise technology programmes
- Strong background delivering Cyber Security, IAM or PAM initiatives
- Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Access Governance
- Experience working with Cyber technologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior technology and business leaders
- Excellent analytical skills, requirements gathering, process mapping and testing experience
- Financial Services or another highly regulated environment would be highly advantageous
