Business Analyst - Market Strategy
12-month contract
Hybrid 3 days per week in London
Salary is £80,000 per year
We are recruiting a Business Analyst - Market Strategy for a global technology company whose video platform supports a large and fast-moving creator ecosystem across Europe. You will conduct deep-dive market analysis across the UK, Germany and France, monitor ecosystem performance and growth, and convert complex data into recommendations that shape European market strategy. This is a visible role for an analyst who is equally comfortable writing complex SQL, building interactive dashboards and explaining what the evidence means for the business.

What you will do:
- Lead market and performance analyses that inform strategy across three major European markets.
- Track creator-ecosystem health, growth trends and emerging opportunities.
- Write complex SQL independently and build data sets from source data.
- Create interactive dashboards that make performance drivers and strategic trade-offs clear.
- Turn findings into concise, decision-ready narratives for leadership.
- Evaluate market and product opportunities and support strategic analysis with minimal guidance.

What you will bring:
- Advanced SQL, including independently structuring complex queries and pulling data sets from scratch.
- Strong interactive dashboard and data-visualization experience.
- Experience applying analytics to market strategy, business performance or a scaled digital ecosystem.
- Sound statistical judgement, metric-design capability and data-quality awareness.
- Strong business storytelling and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Availability to work from the London office three days per week.
