Business Analyst – MDM
Location: Bracknell – 3 days onsite
Rate: £590 per day, Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Contract: Contract
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Master Data Management (MDM) experience to join a major data transformation programme.
The organisation is moving from fragmented data across multiple business systems towards a Master Data Management solution that provides a single version of the truth. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, Data Specialists and Data Architects, acting as the link between business requirements and technical delivery.

- Gather and document business and data requirements
- Support the delivery of MDM initiatives
- Analyse data processes, flows and requirements
- Support data quality and data governance
- Carry out data mapping and business process analysis
- Work closely with Data Architects and technical teams
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable data requirements
- Manage and engage with stakeholders across the business
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong Business Analyst experience within MDM/data transformation projects
- Proven experience with Master Data Management / master data
- Strong understanding of data quality and data governance
- Experience with requirements gathering and data mapping
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Data Architects, Data Specialists and technical teams
- Automotive industry experience is desirable
