Job Title: Business Analyst (Microsoft 365)
Location: Birmingham
Work Model: Remote (with occasional team meetings in office)
Contract Type: 6 months with extension
Industry: Government and Public Sector
Client: Government Property Agency
Daily Rate: Up to £550 per day (outside IR35) can be flexible depending on experience
BPSS Required / SC Clearance nice to have
Purpose And Business Objectives
The primary objective is to provide professional Business Analysis to support the various Microsoft projects and workstreams. This role will bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions by undertaking research to understand how the GPA's processes, people, and technology interact.

- To analyse and understand complex business problems or opportunities within the Microsoft environment.
- To identify areas for process improvement and explore feasible technical options.
- To ensure Microsoft products and services meet user needs and align with GPA strategic goals.
- To identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective design and testing.
Project Objectives
- Requirements Management: Elicit, analyse, challenge, and validate business and user needs.
- Process Modelling: Create visual representations of business workflows (As-Is and To-Be).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with technical teams and business leads to ensure alignment.
- Testing Support: Support the representation of business scenarios to ensure technical delivery meets requirements.
