JOB DETAILS
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years
- Primary Focus: Treasury products
- Additional Advantage: Mortgages background
Key Responsibilities
- Support Treasury users in their day-to-day use of Murex.
- Help resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure the platform meets business needs.
- Work closely with Treasury and Technology teams to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Assist with the delivery of system enhancements and changes, supporting analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate and support testing activities, including preparing test scenarios, executing tests, supporting UAT, and tracking issues through to resolution.
- Help maintain system configuration and documentation, ensuring changes are appropriately governed and documented.
- Support reporting and data analysis, helping business teams access the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology to support the smooth running and continuous improvement of the Murex platform.
- Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, efficiency, and controls.
- Develop your knowledge of Treasury processes and the Murex platform, working with colleagues and vendors to build expertise and deliver value to the business.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of business strategy, product development, and change initiatives in line with risk and governance requirements.
- Ensuring appropriate controls are in place to effectively manage and mitigate risks while balancing customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and commercial objectives.
- Promoting a strong risk-aware culture by demonstrating the Bank's values and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
- Supporting effective risk identification, reporting, and management processes, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), assurance activities, and issue remediation.
- Escalating risks, incidents, and control weaknesses as appropriate and supporting timely resolution.
- Completing all mandatory training and maintaining compliance with any role-specific regulatory or policy requirements.

200 - 400 GBP Per annum
