Onmo Business Analyst Role

Onmo is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help turn business goals into real, working change. You'll report into the Special Projects Lead and work closely with stakeholders from across the business - from operations and product to engineering and leadership.

You'll be at the centre of our projects and initiatives: shaping the business case, digging into what's really needed, mapping how things work today and how they should work tomorrow, and partnering with technical teams to design and deliver the solution. It's a role for someone who's equally comfortable in a stakeholder workshop and a technical design conversation, and who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity.

Responsibilities

Scope and Business Case Definition:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals
  • Build business cases that define value, success criteria, ROI, and operational metrics

Requirements Management:

  • Gather, document, validate, and prioritise regulatory, business, and technical requirements - through interviews, workshops, data analysis, and document review
  • Challenge requirements to get to the real business need behind them
  • Make sure requirements are tied to value, backed by clear acceptance criteria, and aligned to business goals
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
