HR Business Analyst – Hybrid 2/3dpw onsite – London 6 month contract - up to £600 per day (Outside IR35)
My client are looking for a HR Business Analyst to join them for a 6 month contract. Based out of their London office, they are looking for a HR - People and Processes focused Business Analyst who can work across the firm, supporting their HR transformation initiative.
They are aiming to standardise processes across multiple global regions, transitioning to a centralised service model. You will be responsible for leading the translation of requirements, supporting long term decision making.

They are looking for Candidates with:
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Mural, Visio, and standard BA techniques.
- Experience working within a professional services environment ideally Legal Sector.
- Proven experience working across multi-country environments.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- A relevant business analysis qualification, for example BCS or IIBA.

This role is a 6 month contract position, offering up to £600 per day Outside IR35. They have a hybrid working policy of 2/3 days per week in the central London office and the remainder worked remote.
