About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Talent Leaders Ltd. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented professionals across various sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and human resources to contribute to our clients' success by delivering exceptional recruitment services. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to placement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate HR department.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
