Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with our clients and internal teams to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs through technology and process improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend solutions.
- Create detailed documentation and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement methodologies.
