🚨 Hiring: Business Analyst / Project Manager – Regulatory Change

📍 Rate: 450/day

đź“… 12-month contract

🏢 Hybrid: 3 days per week on site

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a major EU and UK regulatory-change and controls-remediation portfolio within a leading global financial institution.

This is a hands-on hybrid BA/PM role, working closely with programme managers and senior stakeholders across multiple transformation initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting regulatory-change and controls-remediation projects
  • Producing project initiation, scoping and governance documentation
  • Preparing working-group packs, minutes, actions and status reports
  • Managing issue and action trackers across multiple workstreams
  • Reviewing regulations and supporting impact assessments
  • Mapping as-is and to-be processes
  • Running stakeholder workshops and gathering business requirements
  • Providing clear updates for management and governance forums

What we’re looking for:

  • Around 5+ years’ BA, PM or combined BA/PM experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Banking, financial-services or regulatory-change experience preferred
  • Proactive, structured and comfortable working independently
