Job Description
Help shape smarter, safer and more customer-focused financial crime journeys.
We are looking for talented Business Analysts to join our transformation and continuous improvement teams, working across Personal KYC, Non-Personal KYB and Auto-Plausibility.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact—improving customer journeys, increasing automation, strengthening controls and helping colleagues work more efficiently. You will own change from discovery through to implementation, working with teams across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Data.
What you’ll do
- Analyse and deliver strategic enhancements across KYC, KYB and Auto-Plausibility.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and solution designs.
- Design better customer journeys, operational processes and communications.
- Use data and operational insight to identify problems, opportunities and improvements.
- Work collaboratively with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Data teams.
- Manage priorities, risks, incidents, dependencies and delivery blockers.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, customer experience and control effectiveness.
- Lead delivery from discovery and analysis through to implementation and BAU adoption.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and take ownership with minimal supervision.

Areas of focus
Depending on your experience, you may specialise in one of the following areas:

Personal KYC Improve personal customer journeys and help embed PKYC technology capabilities into BAU.
-
Non-Personal KYB Lead enhancements across Limited Company and Sole Trader journeys, supporting both the PKYB Programme and BAU improvements.

Auto-Plausibility Analyse operational performance, reduce kick-out rates, calibrate rules, develop efficiency dashboards and support trigger-based models.
What we’re looking for
You will have experience in business analysis, change delivery or process improvement, ideally within KYC, KYB, financial crime, compliance or another regulated environment.
You’ll be someone who:
- Can simplify complex problems and turn them into practical solutions.
- Is confident working with data and using insight to support recommendations.
- Builds effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Can manage multiple priorities and deliver with minimal oversight.
- Is proactive, curious and motivated by continuous improvement.
- Understands the importance of balancing customer experience, operational efficiency and risk control.
