About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join Capgemini's Data Trust Capability within the Insights and Data (I&D) business unit. This role is pivotal in driving data management, governance, and analytics initiatives for our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Your expertise will help shape enterprise data strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitate the deployment of AI and analytics solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to deliver high-impact projects that maximize data value and support strategic decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence data-driven transformation in a dynamic, innovative environment while working on enterprise-scale solutions with leading technology vendors.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within data management, security, compliance, or cloud platforms. A strong background in delivering large-scale enterprise solutions is essential. Candidates should have proven expertise in data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data architecture. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics concepts is highly desirable. Professional qualifications such as BA, Scrum, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO) are advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders across various levels. Experience working in agile environments and with cross-region teams is preferred. A good understanding of regulatory requirements like GDPR and data privacy standards is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and analyze data requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Lead business analysis activities such as process mapping, requirement elicitation, and validation, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Shape and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications for AI and analytics solutions.
- Work with data owners and architects to identify data sources, understand data lineage, and ensure data quality, governance, and privacy considerations are incorporated into project deliverables.
- Assess the feasibility of AI/ML initiatives, identify risks, and ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
- Produce high-quality documentation, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support project planning and prioritization.
- Work within agile frameworks, manage deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.
- Serve as an advocate for best practices in data management and contribute insights to the broader community through thought leadership activities such as blogs and articles.
