Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys helping people improve how services work? We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Business Analyst to support business improvement, digital transformation, and service redesign across our organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your business analysis expertise to understand user needs, improve processes, support system changes, and help teams deliver better outcomes for our customers and communities. You will work with colleagues across the organisation, including service leads, IT, data teams, project managers, and external suppliers, to turn insight into practical and sustainable improvements.

As Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting change from early discovery through to implementation and review. You will help teams understand current ways of working, map processes, gather requirements, define user needs, support business cases, and contribute to testing, training, and handover. Your work will help ensure that digital solutions and service improvements are accessible, practical, compliant, and focused on customer needs.
What you’ll be doing
- Facilitating workshops to understand current services and design improved future ways of working.
- Gathering and documenting requirements, user needs, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies.
- Supporting digital transformation projects, including system selection, process redesign, and workflow improvement.
- Using data, insight, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and measure benefits.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and suppliers to deliver practical, customer-focused change.
- Creating and improving business analysis tools, templates, and documentation standards.
