Hiring: Business Strategy & Operations Lead – London
📍 Location: London – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and data-driven Business Strategy & Operations professional to join an EMEA-focused team within a leading global technology organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations and working with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex business data and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from large databases
- Translate data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales and cross-functional teams
- Support EMEA strategy and bring regional market insights into global decision-making
- Develop compelling data-driven presentations and narratives for leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI and automation
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting priorities and managing competing requirements

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Strategy, Sales Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or a similar field
- Strong hands-on SQL experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience using data to influence business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with AI tools and/or automation
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- EMEA/European market experience is highly desirable
- Experience in technology, advertising, or media is a plus
- Tableau, Looker, or other data visualisation experience is advantageous
