About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team at Hargreaves Lansdown. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice to our clients, helping them to make informed investment decisions that align with their financial goals. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a relevant financial advisory qualification, such as the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (DipFA) or equivalent. Prior experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze complex financial information, and a customer-focused approach are vital. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with industry developments.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Advisor at Hargreaves Lansdown, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing clients’ financial needs and objectives through detailed consultations
  • Developing customized financial plans and investment strategies that adhere to regulatory standards and best practices
  • Providing clear, concise advice on a broad range of financial products, including pensions, ISAs, and investment funds
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, reviewing and adjusting their portfolios as needed to ensure alignment with their evolving goals
  • Staying informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to provide accurate and timely advice
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies
