Business Analyst Opportunity
Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing, PE-backed business to find a Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives, operational performance, and long-term growth across the organisation. Working closely with the executive leadership team and shareholder group, you will gain exposure to a broad range of strategic, commercial, operational, and investment-related projects from day one.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to take on meaningful responsibility early in their career. You will gain first-hand exposure to how a PE-backed business is operated and grown, with hands-on experience across business performance, value creation initiatives, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making, while working directly with senior leaders and investors.

What you'll be doing:
- Analysing operational and financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance review processes
- Conducting research, benchmarking, and analysis to support strategic growth initiatives
- Building and maintaining financial models, reports, and business cases
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple areas of the business and the investor group

Requirements:
- Top academic degree from a leading university
- Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel across sites in London and the South East
