Business Process Analyst – Transformation & Integration

West Midlands | Hybrid | £55,000

Are you a Business Analyst who enjoys understanding how organisations work, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping shape better ways of working? We are recruiting for an ambitious, growing professional services organisation investing in its transformation and integration capability.

Working within a developing project and transformation team, you will play a key role in understanding existing business processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and helping design practical solutions that support business growth, operational improvement and the integration of newly acquired businesses.

This role will require some travel.

The role will involve:

  • Mapping and documenting existing (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, Operations and Compliance to understand requirements and challenges.
  • Conducting gap analysis to identify process differences, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translating business needs into clear requirements and practical recommendations.
  • Supporting business integration activities, including systems changes, data migration and user acceptance testing.
  • Working closely with Project Managers and Business Change Managers to ensure improvements are successfully implemented.
  • Contributing to the development of consistent processes and ways of working across a growing organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
