Help support some of the UK's leading wealth management and platform businesses.
As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to investigate production issues, analyse business requirements, and deliver solutions across our Composer platform.
You'll be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conducting impact assessments, prioritising and resolving client-raised issues, and translating business needs into detailed functional designs. You'll also play a key role in supporting legislative and regulatory changes affecting the UK wealth and pensions market. Additional responsibilities will also include:
- Investigate, classify, and prioritise issues assigned and completed in accordance with client’s SLA
- Write review Detailed Requirements submitted by clients in production
- Manage the critical incident process in accordance with the Critical Incident Management procedures ensuring that the correct resources are engaged and updated through to resolution

What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Business Analyst within wealth management, platforms, pensions, wrap, or financial services.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and functional specification writing skills.
- Knowledge of UK wealth products, including pensions, ISAs, wraps, and investment platforms.
- Proven ability to investigate issues, perform impact analysis, and deliver quality outcomes within agreed SLAs.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with software development and production support teams.
