Business Analyst / Project Manager (Pharma) 📍 Paddington, London (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite) 💰 £60-70 per Hour 📅 Long-Term Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry to support an International Commercial function. This role will be instrumental in ensuring key business priorities and operational initiatives are delivered successfully, allowing senior business stakeholders to focus on strategic planning, roadmapping, and business growth objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams, driving requirements analysis, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement, and documentation across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges
  • Support the delivery of operational and technology-focused initiatives across International Commercial teams
  • Produce high-quality business documentation including requirements, process flows, and project updates
  • Coordinate activities across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action trackers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Support planning, prioritisation, and execution of project and business deliverables
  • Provide regular status updates and progress reporting to key stakeholders
  • Drive initiatives independently while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences sector
  • Strong understanding of commercial pharma processes and operations
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM
  • Excellent requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
  • Experience supporting technology and business change delivery
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented approach

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting International Commercial, Sales, Marketing, CRM, or Customer Engagement functions
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Process improvement and business transformation experience
  • Experience working across global or regional business functions
