Contract type: This role can be offered as permanent or fixed-term contract (FTC) depending on candidate preference.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to own the delivery of business change initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to operate hands-on as both a Business Analyst and a Project Manager, taking accountability from early discovery through to delivery and implementation.
What this role involves:
- Leading business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Defining and controlling project scope, plans, risks, and dependencies
- Owning delivery across the full project lifecycle, not just analysis or oversight
- Coordinating and performing software testing, including business sign-off
- Managing stakeholders across business, technology, and third parties
- Producing clear project and delivery reporting for governance forums

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who:
- Has operated in a combined BA/PM or delivery ownership role.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, switching between analysis detail and delivery management.
- Enjoys strong stakeholder interaction and decision-making responsibility.
- Ideally has experience within financial services or another regulated sector.
