About Us

G.Network is transforming London’s connectivity by delivering world-class, full fibre broadband direct to homes and businesses. As a 100% full fibre provider, we’re rolling out Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) across central London. Our vision is to build a better-connected London, and our purpose is to unlock the power of GigaFast speeds to enable the communities we serve to thrive. We’re a values-led organisation, and our culture is built around four key principles:

  • Fair – We treat everyone with respect, create equal opportunities, and always strive to do the right thing.
  • Excellence – We take pride in our work and aim to deliver the highest standards in everything we do.
  • Resilience – We stay focused and adaptable, even when things get tough, supporting each other to overcome challenges.
  • Fast – We move at pace, make smart decisions quickly, and act with purpose to deliver for our customers.

We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong. These values guide how we work, how we support one another, and how we make a real impact across London.

  • Monitor the performance of AI models, providing feedback and refining approaches to maintain accuracy and effectiveness
  • Ensure AI-enabled projects comply with data privacy, security, fairness and ethical standards, as well as internal governance requirements
  • Gather, analyse and validate business requirements, translating them into clear, prioritised user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Produce high-quality business analysis deliverables in line with organisational standards, using appropriate tools such as Confluence, Jira, Lucidchart and Visio
  • Create and maintain specifications and project plans, managing scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies so projects are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, presenting findings, recommendations and actions clearly to the business, both verbally and in writing
  • Support the definition and execution of user acceptance testing for new or improved business processes and IT systems
  • Analyse solutions from every angle by modelling processes, mapping data and carrying out gap, impact and risk analysis, ensuring no detail is missed
  • Support internal technical teams and external suppliers throughout the implementation of change, acting as the link between business and technical stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, and present recommendations for greater efficiency to management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
