🚨 Business Analyst / Project Manager – Regulatory Change | Belfast 🚨 💰 £350/day Umbrella 📍 Belfast – Hybrid Working 💻 Own laptop required 📅 Initial 6-month contract
We’re hiring a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join the Markets Transformation function of a leading global financial institution, supporting a portfolio of UK & EU regulatory change and control remediation programmes.
This is a genuine hybrid BA/PM position, ideal for someone who combines strong project delivery skills with hands-on business analysis experience and can confidently manage multiple regulatory initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
- Support Programme Managers across multiple regulatory change projects
- Draft project initiation, scoping and governance documentation
- Review regulations and support regulatory impact assessments
- Map as-is / to-be processes and identify required changes
- Run stakeholder workshops and gather/document business requirements
- Maintain RAID/action trackers and produce management progress reports
- Prepare working group packs, minutes and governance materials
- Coordinate meetings and workshops across multiple stakeholder groups
- Provide clear status reporting into senior governance forums

What we're looking for:
- Ideally 5+ years' Business Analyst / Project Management experience
- Previous experience within banking or financial services strongly preferred
- Exposure to regulatory change, transformation or remediation programmes
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Strong project governance and reporting capabilities
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
