Contract Opportunity | Initial 6 Months | September Start
Are you an experienced Business Analyst, Project Manager, Operating Model Specialist or Change Professional with expertise in Supplier Management (SRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk, Procurement Controls or Operational Governance?
We are supporting a major banking transformation programme focused on strengthening supplier governance, third-party risk oversight, and operational controls across the organisation. As part of this initiative, we are building a team of hands-on consultants and delivery specialists who can help design, implement and embed sustainable operating models, procedures and remediation frameworks.
These are delivery-focused roles requiring individuals who can operate independently whilst engaging effectively with senior stakeholders across complex, regulated environments. We are particularly interested in professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Operating Procedures & Process Documentation
- Target Operating Model (TOM) Design & Change Impact Assessment
- Remediation Delivery, Governance & Control Enhancement
The Opportunity
Depending on your area of expertise, you will contribute across one or more of the following disciplines.
Operating Procedures & Process Excellence
- Translate policy, standards and regulatory requirements into practical, user-focused procedures and guidance.
- Developing operating procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Defining roles, responsibilities, controls and escalation routes
- Producing process documentation, guidance materials and templates
- Supporting knowledge management and AI-ready content structures
- Driving stakeholder engagement, training and adoption activities

Target Operating Model Design & Transformation
- Design and implement future-state operating models that enhance supplier and vendor risk management effectiveness.
- Developing TOMs covering processes, governance, controls and decision-making
- Mapping end-to-end workflows, including exceptions and cross-functional hand-offs
- Facilitating workshops and design sessions with senior stakeholders
- Translating business requirements into technology, data and reporting needs
- Producing high-quality design artefacts and maintaining traceability
- Conducting change impact assessments across people, process and technology
Remediation Delivery & Governance
- Lead the delivery of remediation initiatives to address control, audit and regulatory findings.
- Managing remediation plans, actions and delivery milestones
- Coordinating governance forums, RAID management and reporting
- Performing root cause analysis and defining sustainable corrective actions
- Mobilising stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to achieve outcomes
- Managing evidence packs and audit-control closure requirements
What We're Looking For

You are likely to have experience across several of the following areas:
- Supplier Management, Vendor Risk Management or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Business Change or Operational Transformation
- Operating Model Design and Implementation
- Process Mapping and Process Improvement
- Governance, Risk and Controls
- Audit, Remediation or Corrective Action Programmes
- Business Analysis and Requirements Management
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Workshop Facilitation
- Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
- Target Operating Model (TOM) Design
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- RACI Frameworks
- BPMN, Visio or Process Modelling Tools
- ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust or similar platforms
- Audit and Control Frameworks
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Management Information (MI) and Reporting
- Knowledge Management and AI-enabled Content Structures

You are a pragmatic, delivery-focused professional with the ability to simplify complexity, influence stakeholders and drive tangible outcomes. You enjoy solving operational challenges, improving processes and helping organisations strengthen governance and risk management capabilities. Whether your background is in operating procedures, operating model transformation, business analysis, project delivery or remediation governance, we'd like to hear from you.
