Are you an experienced Business Analyst who thrives on driving change, improving processes, and delivering successful business outcomes?
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Change team, playing a key role in delivering technology, process, operational and organisational change initiatives across a regulated financial services environment.
Working closely with business stakeholders, clients, project managers, and technical teams, you'll be responsible for understanding business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions are successfully delivered and embedded.
What You'll Be Doing
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements.
- Produce user journeys, process maps, business requirements documents, and impact assessments.
- Conduct gap analysis and current-state reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Project Managers to support project planning and delivery.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.
- Create and manage UAT scenarios, test scripts, traceability matrices, and supporting documentation.
- Identify risks and support the development of mitigation plans.
- Contribute to business cases, change management activities, communications, and training plans.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and retrospective activities.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, analysis and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira to manage requirements, user stories and testing activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Desirable Experience
- Mortgage lending experience.
- Knowledge of securitisation or broader lending operations.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers or client relationships.
- Understanding of IT systems, technology change, and software delivery lifecycles.

Qualifications
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- International Diploma in Business Analysis (or working towards) would be advantageous.
