The Role
- Translate complex real-world problems into clear, buildable requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions with customers and internal teams.
- Map processes and create detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for development and testing.
- Support product roadmap decisions with data-driven evidence.
- Analyse data to size problems and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst within a software/tech environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Ability to craft precise requirements for developers and testers.
- Excellent requirements writing and process mapping skills.
- Comfortable with data analysis, including reading data models and validating numbers.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
- Organised, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple work streams concurrently.
