Contract Business Analyst | Salesforce | 6 Months | Outside IR35
Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Day rate: Up to £600 p/d (Outside IR35) Location: 1 day per week in London Duration: 6 months initially - likely to extend Start: Early November
We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major CRM transformation within a large global organisation on an initial 6-month contract.
Salesforce has already been selected, so the focus will be on working with sales and commercial stakeholders to understand existing processes, gather requirements and help shape the implementation.

You’ll be sitting between the business and technical teams, challenging current ways of working, mapping future-state CRM processes and translating business needs into clear requirements for delivery.
Key experience:
- Strong Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations or CRM transformation programmes
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation
- Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and driving clarity
- Good understanding of Salesforce integrations and wider enterprise systems
- MuleSoft experience would be highly relevant
- SAP or SAP BTP exposure would be useful but is not essential
- Able to work across business, technical and third-party delivery teams
