About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and implement best practices to achieve project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of project management methodologies, and a passion for driving technological innovation. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Recognized project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (MS Project, Jira, Trello)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and cybersecurity principles
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and set timelines
- Manage project budgets, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and clients
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and industry regulations
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement
